Xenia Latin Lounge is a Rodizio style restaurant from Brazil, with Latin influences from Portugal, Spain, and Argentina.
Rodizio simply means "To return"...so unless you say "STOP ", our servers will keep bringing you more food!
You may choose from the full Rodizio dining experience, half Rodizio, a Lite Rodizio or the vegetarian experience.
Guests are served at their tables by Passadors (Servers) from a skewer and they will serve you until you are full.
The server cue at your table starts your experience. Flip the cue to 'YES PLEASE' and the Passadors will come to your table and start carving from the large selection of meats and vegetarian options, cooking on our open charcoal grill. Flip it to Red if you need a little break or you can't take any more of the succulent food. All you are required to do is use the tongs at your table and grab the food being sliced for you from the skewer.
You will be spoilt for choice from the large selection of hot and cold dishes available from our Latin food stations including a fresh and extensive salad bar. Xenia also boasts a fabulous fish station with a personal chef who will cook your choice of fish. This is an exciting concept of cooking fresh fish, which all will enjoy watching.
Blue: Cooked very quickly, seared on the outside, but the inside will remain cool and red.
Rare: The outside is grey brown and the middle of the steak is red and slightly warm.
Medium Rare: The steak will have a fully red warm centre, this is the standard degree of cooking in most Steak houses.
Medium: The middle of the Steak is hot and red with pink surrounding the centre. The outside will be grey brown.
Medium Well Done: The meat is slightly pink surrounding the centre.
Well Done: The meat is grey brown throughout and lightly charred.
